Water is the materia prima of all life, of all existence, and knows several appearances, like haze, mist, fog, steam, rain, snow, hail and ice. It helps to clean the body and the mind. Water helps to activate the self healing energies. Water strengthens and carries the power of medicine. Life grows out of water. Water quenches thirst, puts out fire and nourishes all what grows. Water is everywhere.
Water is very vulnerable for harmonious or disharmonious influences. As we, human beings are, because the main substance of the physical body is water.

To prevent illness it is important to drink enough water. It is absolutely a misunderstanding that drinking coffee, tea, soup, or other liquid food is enough for the right balance in our body, and to stay healthy. Or to support the body when you are ill. Water cleans, and mineral water adds important minerals. There are places in the world where drinking water can be tapped in the kitchen. But that is luxury.
And even then it is not always safe. Even when “they” say it. Measures approve that there are too high levels of for instance antidepressants in some cities in the world, because some substances remain in the water system, even after filtering. The antidepressants get in the watersystems by the urine. Therefore it is important for all of us to know that there are natural remedies against depressions. They can be used before the depressions get worse, and you really need the chemical products.
Add about the natural remedies against (light) depressions: Natural remedies don’t leave negative substances in the drinking water systems.
Water helps to stay healthy, when you drink at least about a half or one liter a day. It is very good to start the day with a glass medium warm water. It is good to stimulate the intestines. They help to clean your body. And they help you to stay healthy!! The intestines are a part of our immune system, they support the immune system, to avoid illnesses, even cancer.
