Pain in the heart stops feelings of love, stops feelings of harmony: it creates unhappiness…., because of the blocked energy.

The cause can be a shock, a traumatical experience, bad news, a loss, fear, anger, jealousy.

Physical pain is different from emotional pain, mental pain, or spiritual pain. The more the pain is experienced in a deeper level, a more subtle level, the deeper the pain will be felt. Sometimes the pain can be felt in the body, but caused by emotional, mental or spiritual wounds/traumas.  We call that pain: psychosomatic pain.

Pain can be soothed by the comfort of a friend, a father, a mother, the presence of a beloved animal, but also the beauty of nature can sooth pain, also colours, also our spiritual guides. We all have a spiritual guide. Even a positive thought can be a guide, an angel to sooth our pain, to open the heart, to let the pain go in crying, and feel the love within again. Healed.
