A. WHAT IS A CATARACT?
A cataract is originally —so, from before the era with ionizing and non-ionizing radiation from nuclear warfare and nuclear power plants, medical ionizing radiation in hospitals and in medical practices of for instance dentists, and in an increasing speed developing series of generations of cellphones, wireless [non-ionizing] radiation— only related with a natural aging process of the eye lenses, at an old age. The lenses can become orange and even brown. This means that the colour blue is slowly fading away, that lines become lesser clear, and that one finally needs at least reading-glasses, and later, also glasses during other activities. At the end, glasses are not sufficient anymore.
A cataract can be diagnosed in just one eye, but also in both eyes. Eye-controls, including also scans, which show eventually a cataract, and how severe the cataract is, or not, are necessary.
Note: a cataract is not per se visible, not even when it is time to have an operation. There are pictures on the web with photos of eyes with a cataract, that covers the pupil completely with a grey layer. My eyes were the same as everybody’s eyes. With a black center (pupils), and a coloured iris. Like on the picture.
A cataract cannot be healed. A cataract worsens slowly, or quickly, can take years to develop but also just a short time, and finally one will become blind. To avoid blindness, surgery is necessary.
The surgery is 100% painless, the otherwise disturbing automatic blink reflex is not functioning because of anesthetic drops, and lasts about 10 – 15 minutes, but the total of care and self-care before and after a surgery lasts, like in my case, 2 months before both operated eyes can function properly again, and new reading glasses can be ordered. Why such a long time? Answer, confirmed by the ophthalmologist assistant: both eyes have the natural need to adjust optical information with each other, and especially during the time between two operations, when the not operated eye is not able to adjust itself to the other eye, this creates a feeling of being split into a left and right body-side, including the head (plus brain)
One can feel out of balance, and that can create anxiety, which is understandable: from the moment of birth both eyes have been in a constant cooperation with each other, via brain, muscles, nerves, and info, collected since then, created our perception of the reality around and inside us, and that is suddenly very different.
A cataract operation creates therefore not only physically but also emotionally and mentally an intense process that should not be bagatellized. It is an utterly tiring process, sometimes even exhausting, and therefore one experiences the need to avoid stress, even people. One cannot force this natural process.
Dr. Sam Berne explains in these videos that it is indeed not so simple as some ophthalmologists say, or know:

B. CATARACTS CANNOT BE HEALED: SURGERY IS NECESSARY
In first-world-countries patients only pay a small part of the total costs, or even nothing. There are many countries however where only the rich can afford a healthcare insurance: the operation takes place in a hospital, the costs of a bill of a surgery are extremely high, and it is therefore a must to have the costs covered by a health care insurance, offered by the state, to undergo clinical or polyclinical treatments. This means that on the moment, 2025, many millions are at risk to become blind in the (nearby) future. Not only because of a natural aging process, but because of the use of wireless devices. Who is going to care for them?
Cataracts have been diagnosed also in young people, even children, and babies. Cataracts can have several causes, like aging, but one of the other causes is ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. Non-ionizing radiation is spread by all sorts of wireless devices and internet connections, also cellphones, Wi-Fi, smart meters, cell towers. Cellphones not only create cataracts, but also all sorts of cancer, related with the spot where the cellphone is kept on the body when one does not use it but kept “on”. Options to protect oneself against an overdose of radiation are: 1. flymodus, 2. limiting the use of wireless devices, and 3. using ethernet. Directors of all sorts of companies and industries, but also politicians and health care practitioners, medical doctors, should take their responsibility and accountability. But let us start with WHO, that should disband ICNIRP, and start cooperating with the International Commission on the Biological Effects of EMF: ICBE-EMF
We are not protected. Read ICNIRP (2 pages), containing 74 paragraphs with reviews, videos, articles, reports, etc. collected since June 2019, about WHO’s not reliable International Commission on Non Ionizing Radiation “Protection“.

A concern that is often expressed about microwave radiation is the induction of cataracts. The formation of lens opacities in the eyes of laboratory animals following acute microwave exposure is well established. It is generally accepted that acute exposure to higher levels of CW radiation causes various degrees of lens opacification in laboratory animals at many microwave frequencies. However, the exact conditions under which these changes may occur in human beings are a subject of debate. Nevertheless, linear extrapolations of computed results indicate that the incident density required for the human eye to reach the cataractogenic threshold may only be slightly lower than that needed for rabbits.

Environmental stress, including electromagnetic radiation, has a negative impact on the lens and is considered a risk factor for cataracts [3,6]. In this study we show non-thermal effects of microwaves at the same frequency that is used in cellular phones on the intact lens in organ culture.

D. SOME SUGGESTIONS TO PREPARE ON A CARACT SURGERY AND HOW TO SUPPORT THE HEALING PROCESS.
- Start at least one week before the operation with Dr. Bach – Rescue Remedy: add 4 drops in a small bottle with water and drink during the day little nips, refill when empty. You can take the bottle and the Rescue Remedy as a spray with you in the handbag, on the day of the operation. The spray can be used directly on the tongue. Rescue Remedy is 100% safe to be used and does not interact with other medicine. Rescue Remedy relaxes immediately, on a deep level. You sleep better, feel calm, and you keep a clear mind. The remedy also supports a harmonious healing after the operation, helps to assimilate your experiences, and to prepare eventually on the next operation.
- Also helpful is the tincture of the herb Avena Sativa, available in every good-health shop. It relaxes and nourishes the nervous system. It can be used next to Dr. Bach’s Rescue Remedy. Read the text on the box carefully.
- Use sunglasses also in the house, in the first days, weeks, after the operation, as long as needed. My experience is that this helps to avoid overtired eyes, because of an overwhelming light experience, and seeing more details than before the operation.
- Sleep, also during the day, when you need it. Sleep is also a remedy. Silence is a remedy.
- Avoid stress.
- Unnecessary to mention, but anyway: turn off Wi-Fi, put the cellphone in flymodus, and work at a cabled computer – check if Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are disabled. The radiation from wireless corrupts the healing process, and your sleep.
