Shinrin Yoku, the Japanese word for “forest bathing”, is not a therapy with a human therapist, but nature as a therapist. You can take a forest bath all by yourself, but it is also possible to participate in a group, guided by a leader. The experienced, well trained leader coaches the participants into a consciously experiencing of nature, the forest, its trees, and all the present elements and details, in such a way that there is healing, becoming whole, becoming one from within with the environment, nature, the forest.
