Dr. Erica Mallery-Blythe¹ is a Special Expert at the International Commission on Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields (ICBE-EMF)² and Founder of Physicians’ Health Initiative for Radiation and Environment (PHIRE)³. She is a UK trained medical doctor with a decade of experience within hospital medicine.

Thank you, Dr. Erica Mallory-Blythe, for paying attention to EHS, because it is not understood and it has a deep impact on the lives of those who are more sensitive than others, though it is factually more natural to be sensitive: animals, amphibians, fishes, birds, trees, etc. also are EHS. The most of the human beings do not suffer from it, they believe, but the most of them do not know the symptoms. Even GPs do not recognize these.
I did not either. But it started 16 years before I understood what exactly had been the cause of so many symptoms, that slowly, very slowly, taking many years, but with an increasing severity, or sudden, can manifest.

More and more not recognized as EHS reactions occurred. The new smart meter was the final Master Teacher. A rude dictator. That had to be turned off because my brain seemed to have been hacked. The meter was mounted to the outside wall and pumped through the entire house. Note: I was not informed by the landlord that a new meter was mounted: I want to make clear that I did not imagine the symptoms.
It took me a big effort to get it turned off. Now there is a protection around the meter, a metal box, and behind the metal box, some square meters in total, is an extremely finely woven, stainless steel mesh for protection against high-frequency radiation (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (LF)⁴.
The Acousticom2⁵ is an enormous help to detect radiation, because in the house the strength of the radiation is not everywhere the same.
I sleep in a canopy⁶, made of EMF protecting material. It is absolutely green inside. The Acousticom2⁷ shows it.
All devices are cabled with ethernet. Wi-Fi is off: disabled on each device: be aware that even when connected with ethernet Wi-F and Bluetooth are ON if not disabled in the settings.
The phone is mostly in flymodus.
Being much outside in nature is excellent for everybody, bu especially for the sensitive ones.

Since I take care for a good protection, my complaints are gone. My health recovered, I am strong again.

My request: there is a need for a list with symptoms⁸, signs of EHS, and this list has to be made visible for all who visit a general practitioner, or other MD.
I am for 100% certain that the most of the human beings are EHS, but they just do not know the symptoms and take therefore wrong medication because their doctor does not know either. It is a good idea to take the Acousticom2 with you to the GP or hospital and show the doctor how high the radiation is next to their wireless computer, and in the building itself, in the waiting room. I take it with me everywhere, it is the best device to prove that there is a serious problem. My GP was shocked.

Furthermore: it should be forbidden that cellphones can be used in the waiting rooms of a GP, in hospitals and public transport. There should be a law that cellphones are in a flymodus when entering a public building or other people’s house. To compare: people do not smoke cigarettes in a supermarket, in a hospital, in a waiting room, bus, train, either. It is not decent. It is asocial. Because even passive smoking creates cancer. For the ignorant: cellphone radiation creates cancer, and more health hazards.

The public HAS to become aware that people who suffer from EHS live with extreme restrictions: I, for instance, cannot travel anymore as I was used to, because I live abroad, and cannot visit my children and grandchildren because I am exposed to EMF everywhere, especially during travel. Going abroad means public transport via bus and train, airports, sleeping in hotels: there is not any Wi-Fi free area, in not any hotel, not in restaurants either. The world has become a microwave oven, because the crowds use their cellphone constantly and have to be served.
