Essential oils

Essential oils, also called etherial oils, have a wonderful effect. They are the base of the so called AromaTherapy.

Aromatherapy uses the essence of a plant, the so called etherial oils, which spread a strong scent, and sometimes they can also be tasted.

They can be derived from the leaf, the flower, the wood, the seed, the root, the fruit peel and bark of trees and plants.

Etherial oils strengthen the immune system, activate or de-activate, restore damaged structure of the skin or the muscles,  dissolve mucus, are diuretic, improve the metabolism, and harmonize the hormone system, the emotions and the mind.

They can be used with sugar cubes, milk, alcohol, (kitchen-, massage- and body)oils, and clay paste. They can also be inhaled, when used in warm water,  a vaporizer, a bath.

Important! Do NOT use etherial oils for consumption without counseling an official aromatherapist.

There are special aroma-lamps, for waxine lights. You use water, and add some drips of the selected oil. You can find essential oils in good health shops.

Some essential oils are:  Lavender, Thyme, Rosemary, Patchouli, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Basil, Tea Tree, Sandalwood, Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Anise, Pine…
