“New” ICNIRP commission: 2020 – 2024

 

During the ICNIRP Annual General Meeting, which took place on 19 and 20 November 2019, in Munich, Germany, the “new” ICNIRP Commission has been elected for the years 2020-2024.

ICNIRP counts 14 commission members, of which 1 chairman, and 1 vice-chairman. The new ICNIRP commission is elected as shown in the following list. The 4 new members are marked with *, and 10 commissioners are prolonging their membership.

At the end of the 15th International Congress of the International Radiation Protection Association, 11-15 May 2020, in  Seoul, Korea, the new term of office of the new ICNIRP commission will start. See website IRPA15

The latest news on the ICNIRP website shows that due to the Sars-CoV-2 virus, the in March 2020 planned 9th International NIR Workshop, in Seoul, Korea, is postponed.  Both workshop and IRPA15 are taking place in Seoul, Korea. About a postponing of IRPA15 is nothing mentioned.

Some areas of concern:

1. Support ICNIRP

On the ICNIRP website is mentioned that donations are welcome. These donations can be on annual or project basis. In return your institution will be acknowledged in the annual ICNIRP reports, publications, and on the website. In order to protect the independence of ICNIRP only donations from private individuals or from business not related in any way to the field of non-ionizing radiations can be accepted.

This is luring. What does that mean? I found a clear, and well fitting in the context of ICNIRP, explanation in The Free Dictionary:

Synonyms: lure, entice, decoy, tempt, seduce
These verbs mean to lead or attempt to lead into a wrong or foolish course: Lure suggests the use of something that attracts like bait: Industry often lures scientists from universities by offering them huge salaries. To entice is to draw on by arousing one’s interests, hopes, or desires: The new arrivals were enticed by the state’s sunny climate and decent salaries. To decoy is to trap or ensnare by cunning or deception: The partisans caused a disturbance to decoy the enemy patrol into a crossfire. Tempt implies an encouragement or an attraction to do something, especially something immoral, unwise, or contrary to one’s better judgment: “the argument … that options tempt [executives] to corrupt behavior that no decent shareholder would wish to profit from” (Michael Kinsley).
To seduce is to entice away and usually suggests the overcoming of moral resistance: “The French King attempted by splendid offers to seduce him from the cause of the Republic” (Thomas Macaulay).

On the ICNIRP website is written that there are annual public reports of donations, and who donated. I cannot find these. This means that I could not check any donation, how much was donated, or who or which business or industry donated.

Question: is this the vault door with the secret code, the door to the room where we are all wondering about who are inside, which industrials, for instance. ICNIRP denies any contact with a field related industry. But, not any industry is NOT related with EMF, radiation, any more. There are even penalties from EU if a company, industry, or country does not want to follow up the 5G program. [Source.] See also the link to the EU Q&A, in the following chapter.

2. Collaboration

On the page Collaboration you can find the ICNIRP collaboration, presented in chapters. Each chapter can be rolled out on the website. All is linked with the related organisation. (I marked with bold, and even with capital characters, what I consider as very important to be noticed.)

ICNIRP contract with EU

The term “contractual” [See: contract] is important. The term has consequences and since the ICNIRP is a guideline creator, a rule creator, this has consequences where we, citizens, do not have any idea about. I do not know what the content of the contract is. I do not know what the penalties are if EU would act in breach of the agreement. Yet. What I do know is that EU states that all EU member states and treaty countries have their own responsibility in taking decisions concerning this subject: EMF guidelines. At the same time EU forces EU member states and treaty countries to follow up the EU 5G program. Countries that disobey or postpone get penalties of 5000 euros / 5668 dollars per day. [Source.]

5G EU Agenda:

  1. By 30 April 2020, the Commission calls on Member States, to take concrete and measurable steps to implement a set of key measures.
  2. By 30 June 2020, the Commission calls on the NIS Cooperation Group to prepare a report of the state of implementation in each Member State of these key measures.

ICNIRP interference with our weather systems: meteorology

The term “meteorological“[See: meteorology] is important, because of the impact of 5G on the global electrical circuit [See: Satellites]. Because ICNIRP agreed with the 5G project, thousands of satellites are already orbited in the ionosphere, and more will follow: in total 50.000 are planned, but nobody knows the legal limit: there is not any law for space, yet.

5G Satellites and climate change: EMFs are creating pollution, a Co2 foot print, and boost the climate change [See: Mirror, UK: Using a smartphone for one hour a day ‘produces as much CO2 as FOUR domestic flights’]. Also 5G satellites create Co2 emissions. The launches of 5G satellites rockets create also enormous amounts of Co2. [See: Planetary emergency]

Because of an explosive increase of EMFs caused by a seemingly unstoppable growth in the use of wireless devices, [Currently, there are about 15 billion wireless local area net-work (WLAN) devices ranging from Wi-Fi routers to Internet of Things (IoT) devices [1], 9 billion mobile connections, and about 67% of the world population currently uses mobile phones: see research paper, chapter I] —people believe it is safe—, the interference of 5G satellites in the global electrical circuit, the womb of the weather, and the impact of the use of data and EMF on the climate change because of false guidelines [see: “the limits prescribed by the medical bodies are several orders of magnitude lower than those prescribed by the ICNIRP: Chapter I, research paper, some sentences below figure 1.], ICNIRP is for hundred percent ethically responsible for bringing the continuation of all life on earth at risk. The ICNIRP, but also EU, do not take the public liability for 5G, which means that insurance companies who should safeguard you for negative material and economical consequences and the to be expected health hazards, should support their clients. But they do not. [Example: Lloyd’s of London excludes liability coverage for RF/EMF claims]
